Asked Questions
About HypnoSynergistic Therapy
(HST)
1.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes.
Hypnosis is a natural state of being. It is an intense form
of concentration or focusing like meditating or day dreaming,
and can be experienced by most people.
2. Is hypnosis dangerous?
Not
when used by an experienced hypnotherapist. It may only be
dangerous when utilized by people who are not aware of the
power of the deeper mind.
3. What conditions respond to HypnoSynergistic Therapy?
All
conditions because HypnoSynergistic Therapy encompasses
a philosophy of healing, not just techniques. It works with
the inner mind, the thought patterns that create the blocks,
the energy that has prevented the healing in the past, the
cellular memories, and the Soul's lessons.
4. Do I have to commit to 6
months of treatment before I know if it is working for me?
No. The client begins to experience the healing effects in
the first few sessions, unlike other forms of therapy that
may take months or years before any change is experienced,
if at all.
5.
What does it feel like to experience a HST session?
The
HST Therapist leads the client into an Altered State of Consciousness,
creating a safe and loving space before the work begins. The
session is guided by the clients Higher Self, thus allowing
even the most traumatic memories or feelings to be addressed
in a gentle, and yet very powerful way. After the session
the client often feels relaxed, balanced clear and much lighter.
6. What if I have tried other
forms of therapy and medication and it hasn't been effective.
Does that mean HST won't work either?
Absolutely
not. HST differs from other forms of therapy in its approach
to healing and change. Whereas other forms of therapy rely
solely on an intellectual understanding of the problem or
use medications to mask the problem, HST works on the physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual bodies to make changes at
every level of consciousness.
What else should you know?
HST
was developed for people who really want to heal their lives
and make the changes that they desire. Even if they have met
a great deal of resistance in their own growth or previous
therapy experiences, they can benefit from the inner mind
work and healing of HST. If you think HST might be for you,
