Crystal Work is an ancient art begun by Shamans, Medicine Women/Men and adepts of many spiritual and healing traditions who were sensitive to the subtle energies in various gemstones and minerals. Crystals have been used for thousands of years in diverse cultures for healing, balancing, attunement and divination/psychic work. Crystalline energy works with the human energy field. Crystals carry a special charge that alters the mental, etheric/emotional and physical layers of human beings. Other sources of energy such as sunlight and focused human energy can be directed through crystals for enhancement of healing.

Human bones are crystals in organic form. Considered this way, it becomes easy to understand how human and crystalline energies can be attuned to achieve healing and harmony. Crystalline resonance helps humankind (and other species as well) reach our highest potentials, and thus our Higher Selves - and through these, our Divine Source.

You are encouraged to bring a clear, NATURAL quartz crystal, and any other crystals that may be important to you, however, this is not a requirement.
