Pathways to a Healthy Life

8 week Weight Management Program

Pathways to a Healthy Life is an 8 week program that has a comprehensive approach to weight balance and health.

Many of us struggle with obtaining and maintaining a healthy weight and body. There are many programs and diets that address this issue but very often only create a temporary success. People tend to fall back into old "bad" habits with nutrition and exercise. This program has been designed to transform any negative relationship between you, your body and food, into a positive, balanced and energetic one.

Pathways to a Healthy Life is a comprehensive approach to physical wellness. Its focus includes methods of making healthy and loving choices for our bodies; not dieting. Participants will learn to create a nurturing energy within, that will encompass mind, body and spirit.

This program will include:

  • The patented HypnoSynergistic ™ Approach to transformational change within the deeper mind.
  • Coaching as you set and achieve your personal goals.
  • Tips on the nutrition you need to accomplish those goals and to create a healthy balance in the body.
  • Gentle movement techniques and breath work.
  • The teaching of self hypnosis to reinforce the new blue print of self that is being created.
  • A weekly audio tape of the lecture and a specifically designed hypnosis session facilitating the potential for deep and permanent change.
