developed 800 years ago. It is designed to enhance the bodies
energy flow in order to promote health through a graceful
Tai Chi form. These classes are for all levels of fitness.
Bob Klein is an author of three books and instructional videos
on the art of Tai Chi. Given in 8 week segments.
